I was e-mailing Sebastian questions regarding a specific deal Honda was offering and he answered all my questions, so when I walked into the dealership I knew what I wanted. Julius helped me pick out the color of the vehicle, explained how things worked in the car and let me test drive it. We then took care of the documents and although it took awhile getting everything finalize (which was to be expected) we were able to get me the car and deal that I was looking for. They both were very personable and neither tried to sell me anything I didn't want. You can tell the work environment at Island Honda is positive and the workers there are comfortable with each other, which puts the customers at ease. Thank you again, for all your help!

Everything went smoothly "this time". It took just about under an hour to service my car. They even washed it, though it wasn't dirty because I washed it a few days before. The last time I serviced my car was a completely different story. They took very long, about 3 hours. And the people working that day were not very welcoming. I stood in line for 10 min and when I got to the counter I felt invisible. When I brought my car home, i noticed oil leaking from under my car. I thought, this should not be happening, I bought the car brand new only a year ago. So I brought it back and told them what was going on. They fixed it, but I was told that the last mechanic that changed the oil didn't clean the excess oil. That did not make sense because it was leaking oil for a week before I brought it back. That was a horrible experience. This recent service was real good though. I just always have to check everything before I drive it off the lot.
